Forms, forms, forms

I ran the gamut of red tape and filled out what should be my very last forms in IU.

Despite being able to submit my dissertation electronically, there were still forms to fill (one to say that it was submitted electronically!) and fee upon fee to pay. A colleague of mine alerted me to a fee increase and I paid those fees the day before they went up! Phew!

So does that make me Dr So and So now? Not officially. The paperwork will say that my graduation date is July 31. Not that it matters really. I return to Singapore on July 30 and start work on August 1. Talk about hitting the ground running!
